WHY: Mission: Scottsdale Society of Women Writers gives members access
to events of interest, a format for exchanging ideas, an opportunity to
network with other women writers/authors in camaraderie and support,
and an alliance with professionals for writing, publishing, and marketing.

Brad Graber is the award-winning author of The Intersect, After the Fall, Boca by
Midnight, and a collection of over 70 essays in What’s that Growing in my Sour Cream?
His latest release, Friends of the Season, is the story of Helena, a woman who thinks her
life is over until she befriends a college student. Brad also writes a monthly humor blog:

Brad will be leading a discussion n with our group on “Discoverability: How an
Unknown Author’s Work Can Find Its Target Audience. It will be fun and informative.

PRICING: Meeting cost is $30.00: this covers the wonderful food, tax and 20% tip, and
the spacious room. The menu consists of a tasty buffet, a special dessert, and a variety of
beverages. I will be changing the menu each month to keep it interesting.
GUESTS: If you have a GUEST, please text Patricia on 480-250-5556, or have your
guest contact her directly. Guests may visit on two occasions, and then we ask them to
join us as full-time members.
DUES: Dues will stay the same in 2026 at $50.00. For your membership, you receive a
copy of the directory, member support at all SSWW events, and other happenings for the
local writing community. A plethora of professional speakers appear throughout the year.
